DBT RENTALS

DBT provides no warranty, regarding the quality, manufacture, safety, drivability, or suitability for any specific purpose of any vehicle or equipment covered by these Terms. All vehicles or equipment provided by DBT are accepted by you in their "as is" condition.

You understand that dirt bikes & stacyc involve risks that could result in serious personal injury, property damage, or even death. Additionally, you acknowledge that various mechanical and environmental factors, either alone or in conjunction with your actions, may lead to injury, death, or damage to property. You and any additional riders represented by you fully assume all risks and liabilities associated with this activity, and you release DBT from any legal obligations or responsibilities related to your participation in this activity.

You agree that only the individuals listed are authorized to operate the rented vehicle(s) or equipment and that passengers will not be carried on any unit. If any person under your supervision, or anyone permitted by you or your party members, operates the vehicle or equipment in a manner that results in theft, loss, or damage, you accept full personal liability and financial responsibility for all associated losses and damages.

Should any vehicle, gear, or other equipment leased be damaged, lost, or require repairs, you agree to cover the repair or replacement costs, as determined by DBT.

In the event of damage to equipment, property, individuals, or facilities due to the actions of you or your party, you are liable for all associated costs. Additionally, you agree to pay for the loss of use of any vehicle or equipment damaged by yourself or other riders, at the full new price.

If any equipment, vehicles, or accessories become damaged or go missing, or if an accident occurs while in your care, you are required to notify DBT as soon as possible.

You are responsible for picking up and returning vehicles and any other equipment to DBT at the agreed-upon time and location. DBT reserves the right to take any necessary action to regain possession of the vehicles, equipment, and accessories. Additionally, DBT reserves the right to charge you hourly rental fees for any late returns.

By booking on behalf of other riders, you assume the role of the designated contact for all participants. You are responsible for ensuring all payments related to the booking, repairs, theft, and loss are made, notifying DBT of any changes or cancellations, and keeping all party members informed. DBT and its affiliates will not be held liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to complete a booking.

Anyone under the age of 18 is considered a minor. Minors must always be accompanied by parent/guardian.

You acknowledge that DBT, along with its directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents, are not responsible for any errors, omissions, actions, or failures to act by any party or entity. You agree to indemnify and hold DBT harmless against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind, including liability, damages, compensation, or other demands brought by you or anyone acting on your behalf. Should litigation arise from any claims made by you or anyone else on your behalf, you agree to reimburse DBT for any related expenses incurred.

If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement, including all covenants, waivers, and releases, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, with exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action arising from this agreement residing in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
